We humans are all different. Healthy nutrition is important. But again and again there are new findings from nutrition professionals and other guidebooks about what is supposedly healthy and what is not. How are you supposed to keep track of all this?

Then you try to eat healthy, but it doesn’t help or it upsets your stomach. Some people love their carbohydrates or fast food. They know it’s not healthy in the long run, but they don’t manage to get away from it.

We all know the consequences: chronic hyperacidity, overweight, cardiovascular diseases, stomach and intestinal problems, joint problems, etc.

UNDERSTANDING THE LINKS BETWEEN NUTRITION AND WELL-BEING

If you eat food that is not digestible for your body every day, it puts a lot of stress on your immune system. It costs you energy and has an impact on your overall well-being.

But how well do you know your body? Do you know what the bigger connections are, for example, between hormones and nutrition? Or between nutrition and typical alleged ailments of old age such as joint problems, chronic inflammation, weight gain, listlessness, frequent headaches or stomach problems?

Have you ever thought about the fact that your body needs a spring clean? Increasing environmental pollution, fine dust in the air, pesticides in the food, the intake of heavy metals, various medications – it’s just too much for our intestines, our liver, our immune system in the long run. So, especially with increasing age, it is necessary to pay attention to the excretion and to carry out cleansing cures.

Every car is maintained and cared for to keep it in good working order. Shouldn’t the same be done for our wonderful body, which is much more than a machine and needs care and attention.

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN WELL-BEING

Eating. is. not. a. minor. matter. It is the basis for our health. But how do we deal with this fact? We want to save time, don’t feel like cooking, go out to eat, use ready-made products, go to the nearest supermarket.

But is it good for us in the long run to eat whatever we feel like eating or whatever is offered to us in advertising? Of course not. And our body sends us lots of signals that it can’t cope with the food.

We wouldn’t put contaminated petrol in the tank of our car because we know it could have bad consequences. Instead of going to the doctor again and again and taking medication (with side effects), I invite you to take at least part of the problem into your own hands.

Instead of stressing you out or trying all kinds of things, I offer you a personalised basic and support programme that will relieve you (physically and mentally). You will receive practical solutions that will give you more clarity, perspective, quality of life and well-being.

THE BODY ALSO HAS ITS RHYTHMS: WHAT – WHEN – HOW MUCH  

We find out which foods are good for you, when and how much. And vice versa, you learn which eating habits make you feel worse. Because your body cares what you eat at what time!

If you ignore this, it will harm it and therefore you. You learn to pay more attention to your body and to find a balance between eating and not eating that actually promotes your well-being.

In me you will find a calm, thoughtful and careful companion. I will listen carefully and respond to your individual needs. It is important for me to look at your complaints holistically and I believe I am good at explaining complex issues in a comprehensible way. This is probably also a reason why I not only accompany people with nutritional questions, but also work as a trainer in the field of “nutrition therapy”.

And: Everything I recommend to you, I have tried out myself! I always assumed that I was eating healthily. That was certainly the case if you take the official recommendations as a basis. However, when I became seriously ill myself, I started a much deeper search. Now I know that a lot of what the media tells us about healthy food is simply wrong.
